Congratulations to Chess Max Academy’s student Grandmaster Hans Niemann for winning the World Open Tournament this year and surpassing the 2600 FIDE barrier at the same time!
Hans is a previous K-12 National Champion and his persistence and love for the game will undoubtedly make him one of the best players in the world.
His story shows how early chess passion can grow into historic international achievement.


His scholastic and national recognition reflects the results that serious study and tournament practice can build.
Congratulations to Vishwa Vasnawala for becoming the number one rated girl age 12 and Under in all of India.Vishwa is in number 5 in rating in asia and 23 in world. She also a Woman Candidate Master. Vishwa’s current FIDE rating is 1758. Age 12.


Rated # 3 girl 16 and under in the USA. Sasha has achieved the title of a Woman Fide Master.
