Chess & healthy aging

Keep learning. Stay connected.

Chess engages attention, planning, pattern recognition, and decision-making while providing an enjoyable learning routine and personal connection. Health authorities encourage cognitive and social activity as part of healthy aging, but evidence for lasting benefits from any single leisure activity is not definitive.

Important: Chess has not been proven to prevent, treat, or slow dementia or any other medical condition. Chess Max provides education, not medical care.
