Adult Chess Classes offered by Chess Max Academy

Fall Semester - September 8th – November 16th

Chess Classes are where you can learn how to play chess and even learn new strategies from a Chess Grandmaster. If you are ready to know the basics of Chess and improve your game, a chess class with Chess Max Academy is where it’s at!

With Chess Max Academy, you can participate in chess problem-solving contests using the latest technology, play chess tournaments, blitz, bughouse and 4-player chess, learn how to improve your thinking from Max Dlugy who was the best junior chess player in the world from age 15-21, and become part of Chess Max Academy’s unique online chess school training system for all levels!

Adult Chess Class in West Village – Fall Semester

September 8th – November 16th

10-week course | $499 Total

Located at 466 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011 – Chess Max Academy West Village
Thursdays 6:30PM-7:30PM. Class is designed by GM Max Dlugy

Trial class available for $60

After completing your trial class, you can enroll in the full semester and the trial fee will be applied toward your tuition.

Designed for beginners to intermediate players
(USCF rating: 0–1400 or 0–1600 online)

Join anytime during the semester – tuition will be prorated based on your start date.

Private chess lessons are available at our locations UWS NYC, UES NYC, Greenwich CT, or in-home
